• We respect basic human rights of all prisoners and translate our respect for the same into action.

• We provide food health education and recreational facilities to all prisoners to the utmost extent possible.

• We respond suggestions and views of citizens for improvement in correctional services, and respond to the same in a proper manner.

• We provide reasonable opportunities for meeting of communicational needs of prisoners and their family members. • We provide information to citizens as prescribed under RTI Act.
